Mr. Alek Haidos & Dr. Jim Demetriou Honored For Over 50 Years of Service
Congratulations to Retiring Trustees, Mr. Alek Haidos and Dr. Jim Demetriou, who were honored for their over 50 years of service to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Demetriou has overseen the financial and investment aspects of the Cathedral for the St. Sophia Foundation, while Mr. Haidos has managed its restoration, maintenance, and management projects. The award they received was in the shape of a blessing hand. The event was held at The Huffington Center at St. Saint Sophia Cathedral in Los Angeles, CA. Chairing the dinner event were Trustees Diane Lapa and Timi Freshman.
